Briquets can be used for fuel or reclaimed. Briquetters are more effective at collecting and removing dust than conventional dust balers. Piles of MDF dust which were converted to briquets for fuel purposes can save disposal and transportation costs as well as providing income. <li><a href="styro/index.htm">Styrofoam and EPS industries</a> - Holzmag briquetters are used in the rigid foam industry to densify EPS and PUR Styrofoam. The Elan model of briquetters can process aluminum. Where higher compaction near solid density is required of metal feedstock such as steel turnings, the HSB line of briquetters can be used in metal recycling and foundry operations as well as machining centers.
