Holzmag briquetters are used in the binding and converting sections of the printing industry with great success. Where there was a messy and expensive dust problem there is now a saleable product. We refer to one of the testimonial letters included here.

Briquetters are available in sizes and configurations to suit requirements. They come with their own feed hoppers that can be flanged to existing airlocks on collector cyclones thus eliminating bags and dumpsters.

The briquetters are also available with optional suction fan and dust filter, which pulls dust from the source, and because it is a sealed system only clean air and briquetted dust are exhausted to the plant. See filter system, video and pictures.

Plugging and bridging problems are eliminated. Unlike dust balers, volume reduction is 10 to 20 times with no bags to handle. The briquets are self-discharging from the equipment to a holding container via a 3-inch pipe.

Paper waste from perfect binders, stitchers, trimmer saws and other paper cutting and punching equipment can be briquetted. See brochures.
